Our cold-extracted Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes from 500 olive trees located near Alberobello (BA), the capital of the Trulli, a historic UNESCO World Heritage Site. A multicultural blend, with the unique scent of the Itria Valley, the heart of Puglia.

Producing exceptional Extra Virgin Olive Oil is an art. So, to bottle our multicultivar, we have created a collection of bottles with the symbols that have appeared on our beloved Trulli for centuries.

Mystical and religious, or profane, everyone tells their story.

– Ostia with rays: Much like a sun, it is one of the Christian symbols and represents Jesus and his sacrifice for humanity.

– Tree cross: It is one of the pagan symbols and represents the union of three worlds: the Celestial World, the Earthly World and the World of the Underworld.

The olfactory profile is pleasantly fruity, the scents of bitter almond are combined with spicy tones, only hinted at.
