Black olive tapenade is a typical Mediterranean dish based on olives, capers and anchovies. It can be enjoyed as an aperitif but can also be used as a stuffing for poultry to enhance its taste and bring it softness.
To be enjoyed chilled as an aperitif on toasted bread.
INGREDIENTS: black olives, olive oil, garlic, anchovy fillets (fish), capers, pepper, acidifier: lactic acid.
Store in a dry place away from light, and between 2° and 4° after opening.
